Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Vagesty. The following are the terms and conditions that constitutes our shipping policy. 

Shipping processing time : 

All orders are processed within 2-3 days. Preorders are shipped within 2-3 weeks or whatever date is stated when you preorder. However, any changes will be communicated if needed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please understand that processing orders and shipping days are two different processes. However, we try our best to send your products as quickly as possible. 

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, our processing days are within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone. 

If your tracking status says delivered and it is not delivered please give it 1-2 days, then if still not in mailbox contact the delivering provider for updates with your tracking number. 

Below are the standard days for shipping. Rates may increase during holiday season

Economy $5 5-8 days

Standard $9.75 3-5 days

Free shipping 5-8 days

We mainly use USPS and UPS shipping services. 

If you live in an apartment please make sure you list the number or letter of your apartment. We are not responsible for your mistake. Please read return policy. 

Also if you put in the wrong address and the carrier returns the packages, you will have the option to get your package reshipped at YOUR expense or we can refund your payment and cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.
