• Is the feminine wash and wipes safe to use? All Vagesty products are natural and ph safe. We use organic ingredients only. The ingredients are listing under the product description. If you have sensitive skin we suggest testing on your wrist first before applying. 

• Will the period disc get stuck? It won't get stuck, it's a matter of if you know how to remove it. If your fingers and arms are short this may be a difficult task for you. Please see instructions on how to properly insert and remove the period disc. Note that it may take 1-2 full cycles for you to get the regimen down pack. However, we at Vagesty believe it is worth the investment. 

• Can Virgins wear the Vagesty period disc? If you are already wearing tampons then the period disc is worth trying. They are comfortable once you get used to it. 

• How secure are the period panties? Vagesty Period panties offers 4 layers of protection. It holds up to 4 super tampons. You may wear them with or without your traditional period products. If you would like to test wearing them without period products, we recommend to wear them at home first. 

• What is the difference between the reusable and disposable disc? The reusable disc can be used for up to 5 years with proper care. The disposable disc should be discarded in trash once you are done wearing them. See full description and benefits of each disc under product description

• How to use the Vagacial bundle?  Both the exfoliator and mask is applied to the vulva only. You may use the exfoliator 1 day prior to your wax appointment. See instructions under the products description. You may use the mask 24 hours after wax appointment.  See instructions under products description. 

• Can I have sex while using the boric acid suppositories? You should avoid having sex while treating Bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection. However, if you are using the capsules to maintain your normal flora (i.e. once weekly), then it's ok to participate in intercourse on the other six days you won't be using it.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@vagesty.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
