Directions:
Jewelz: Insert 1 capsule twice a day for 5-7 days; then with the remaining capsules, you may use once weekly and/or once the day after the menstrual cycle or after intimacy. Recommended to wear a panty liner during treatment. Some women find it helpful to use a scant of coconut oil on labia to insert around days 3-4. This varies and depends on you and your preference. Ok to use 1 capsule after menstrual cycle to keep your ph balance post menses.
